  26. Windows can be set up to "autodial" your ISP if you try to make a TCP/IP
  27. connection with *any* application (including Kermit), so you don't need
  28. IE for this.  The tricky part for automation is getting past the dialog
  29. box it pops up when it autodials.  If you don't mind the dialog box
  30. (or have a way to disable it) you can simply start Kermit and run your
  31. script, just as if you had a hardwired Internet connection.
